Please ask the owner for availability, telling him how many people you would be and specifying your dates, to know the price. These rates are for an occupancy up to 2 guests. Add €15/night for each additional guest.
Check-in 13:00-18:00. Check-out 08:00-11:00
Every guest over 16 has to be identified at check-in showing a valid ID card or Passport.
MINIMUM STAY
July and August (28 June-30 August): Complete weeks from Saturday to Saturday
The rest of the year the minimum stay is for 4 continuous nights.
To better make you feel on holidays the owner will contract the end cleaning for an additional €60. Payment on arrival in cash please when signing the rental contract.
All charges (electricity, gaz, water, internet wifi, taxes...), except the end cleaning, are included in the rental price; also bed linen, towels and tea towels (washed with 60º C water) are included.
BOOKING DEPOSIT: Usually by a transfer of €150 to the bank account of the owner or in cash at check-in. This deposit guarantees your booking and it will be kept by the owner until your departure day. If everything in the flat is as it was on your arrival, as usually happens, the deposit will be returned to you.
PAYPAL is accepted if you assume the eventual costs.
